The role
The Junior HR Business Partner in Newcastle will manage staffing and talent initiatives for a specialised group of professionals, collaborating closely with regional teams. Responsible for overseeing local utilisation and capacity, the role involves supporting performance management, onboarding, and career development processes. The position requires acting as a trusted resource for specialists, addressing work-related issues such as work-life balance and professional growth. The role also includes working with other HR functions on training, recruitment, and project-based initiatives, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent or resource management within a professional services or similar environment, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or Business is preferred, along with proactive and collaborative working qualities, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
