The role
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and deploy production ML systems that drive decisions around Dasher acquisition, incentives, and marketplace balance.
Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from feature engineering and model training to deployment, experimentation, and monitoring.
Develop causal inference models to measure the incremental impact of acquisition and incentive strategies.
Build optimization and personalization frameworks to improve incentive efficiency and retention, and optimize spend.
Create automated experimentation pipelines to evaluate incentive performance and marketplace interventions.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Analytics to deliver scalable, production-grade ML solutions that shape supply optimization.
