The role
Own and articulate product roadmaps for user-centric analytics and agentic capabilities in Life Sciences.
Conduct end-user interviews and discovery to build empathy and align development with real user needs.
Lead cross-functional teams of domain experts, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality MVPs on schedule.
Identify delivery obstacles, manage dependencies, and negotiate with stakeholders to maximize value within timelines and budgets.
Define MVP functionality, maintain product backlog, write user stories, create wireframes, and establish acceptance criteria.
Foster a mentorable, feedback-driven environment to grow as a leader while delivering measurable client impact.
