The role
Monitor, triage, and process daily piracy and brand abuse alerts, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely enforcement actions.
Generate clear, actionable reports on piracy trends, case volumes, outcomes, and vendor performance to inform business decisions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and enrich data that strengthens content protection effectiveness.
Analyze revenue protection, ROI of enforcement, sales recovery indicators, and the customer impact of piracy.
Maintain current knowledge of piracy ecosystems and AI-enabled threats, briefing stakeholders on emerging developments.
Lead or support projects addressing new piracy and brand abuse phenomena, including process improvements and playbooks.
