The role
Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers across locations.
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, relay detailed messages, and resolve patient inquiries with empathy.
Verify and enter patient information and insurance details in the EPIC system with accuracy.
Update, cancel, or reschedule appointments while communicating office protocols clearly.
Collaborate with the Call Center Manager and teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of doctors' specialties, practice locations, and accepted insurance plans.
