The role
This role involves working directly with portfolio companies to understand operational workflows, designing and deploying AI-driven solutions, and monitoring their performance in production environments. Candidates will be expected to own end-to-end technical delivery, including backend and frontend development, primarily using TypeScript and React, and to integrate AI tools for automation and workflow enhancements. The role demands strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Go, and foundation models, with a focus on building real production AI systems. It also requires the ability to interpret operational challenges, work with executive stakeholders, and transform business problems into technical solutions. Candidates should possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, along with experience in deploying AI systems at scale and working with high-growth startups or in embedded customer-facing roles.
