The role
As part of the manufacturing engineering team, you’ll support continuous improvement and optimize production processes.
Lead technical projects and provide manufacturing support to deliver efficient, compliant solutions.
Participate in new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment optimization with cross-functional teams.
Apply data-driven and lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high quality standards.
Work in regulated environments, ensuring GMP/ISO compliance, change control, documentation, calibration, and cleanroom PPE procedures.
Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, project management, CAD and data analysis, with flexible hours and on-call availability; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance.
