The role
A law firm is seeking a commercial litigation senior paralegal to manage civil and commercial litigation cases, excluding personal injury, within their litigation team. The role involves advising clients on contract disputes, misrepresentation, professional negligence, and construction issues, handling a diverse caseload, and progressing matters using case management systems. Candidates should have experience advising both individual and business clients, with strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in case management and IT tools. Experience with insurance-funded cases is desirable. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract based in Leeds with flexible working options, occasionally requiring attendance at the office for meetings.
