The role
A Marketing Assistant is sought to support the planning, setup, and execution of customer loyalty and promotional campaigns. The role involves responding to customer and colleague enquiries, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule, and managing data transfer between sources and CRM systems. Candidates should possess good data entry skills and familiarity with marketing or CRM systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, with confidence in building relationships and enthusiasm for CRM and customer marketing development.
