The role
Lead and execute end-to-end data science projects to deliver actionable, data-driven insights.
Design, implement, and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems aligned with business goals.
Analyze high-volume, high-dimensional datasets to uncover trends and opportunities across payments, ecommerce, and SaaS.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate data needs into measurable outcomes while ensuring data quality.
Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices, experimentation, and rigorous evaluation (A/B testing).
Communicate findings with executive stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboards.
