The role
The role involves representing clients in business law matters, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, conducting thorough legal research, and applying findings to cases. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and contribute to client solutions. You will build professional relationships to support business development and manage multiple deadlines in a hybrid Charlotte environment. The position requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and active North Carolina licensure; South Carolina bar admission is a plus.
