The role
Based in Birmingham (Longbridge), this fully office-based role requires occasional travel to the Longbridge site as part of the Talent & Operations team.
This temporary contract (initially 3 months, with potential extension to 6) involves overseeing and mentoring the Talent & Operations Team to drive performance.
Responsibilities include compliance management, talent acquisition, and day-to-day HR operations, with hands-on duties such as drafting contracts and sending offer letters.
Develop and implement strategies for talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Lead process improvements and contribute to the implementation of a new HR Information System, while meeting strict deadlines.
Candidates should have CIPD Level 5 or 7 and be dynamic, driven, and adaptable with a flexible approach to work.
