The role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks to support analytics, experimentation, and decision-making.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness by establishing standards, validation processes, and monitoring.
Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering craftsmanship and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.
Identify improvements to ETL/ELT processes, automate where possible, and stay compliant with data regulations.
