The role
The senior accountant will support the financial close process, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and managing revenue recognition models. They will prepare reconciliations and journal entries, working across departments to improve the accuracy of financial data. Collaboration with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders will be essential to ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves supporting internal controls and external financial disclosures, providing insights into revenue impacts. Candidates should have a strong grasp of GAAP, experience in auditing or biotech finance, and advanced Excel skills.
