The role
Leeds Arts University is seeking a Lecturer in Games Art to teach core modules related to 3D asset creation, concept art, and game development within the BA (Hons) Games Art programme. The role involves planning, delivering, and managing course content, as well as supporting student pastoral care and industry links. Candidates should have expertise in tools such as Blender, Substance Painter and Designer, Unreal Engine, and Photoshop, with additional experience in Marvelous Designer, Autodesk Maya or ZBrush being advantageous. A relevant degree and current knowledge of industry innovations are required. The position involves delivering varied teaching sessions including lectures, workshops, and tutorials, in a collaborative environment with access to industry-standard software and hardware.
