The role
Design, implement, and optimize efficient sub-assembly processes across production facilities.
Develop, maintain, and enforce clear SOPs and work instructions to standardize operations.
Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs using Lean and Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with overall production processes.
Conduct time and motion studies, analyze data, and generate reports to monitor performance and drive action.
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff, uphold safety standards, and document all processes for ongoing optimization.
