The role
A Network Engineer is responsible for supporting network services, managing incidents, and troubleshooting Cisco and Palo Alto systems across multiple sites. They perform system backups, maintain asset inventories, and support disaster recovery activities. The role also involves contributing to network improvement projects, installing and configuring network equipment, and developing technical documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Computing or IT, at least three years' experience with Cisco and Palo Alto, and strong troubleshooting skills. Travel across UK and EMEA sites may be required, and the role demands effective communication and teamwork skills.
