The role
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will own the design and delivery of a flexible, scalable conversational AI platform.
Fine-tune and evaluate LLM-based models to boost performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Write production-grade code and collaborate closely with software engineers, including Java backend work.
Translate ideas from prototype to production and deliver ML-driven features that feel seamless and useful.
Mentor other ML engineers, elevate engineering quality, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI space by experimenting with new techniques and applying them to real product problems.
