The role
A prestigious law firm seeks a Senior Intellectual Property Attorney to lead and expand its IP practice.
Requires 5+ years in intellectual property law, with experience managing support staff and other attorneys, plus strong discovery, deposition, and patent brief-writing skills.
Eligible for USPTO registration; USPTO admission is a plus; a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is beneficial.
Must be admitted to practice in Nevada.
