Lead the design, validation, and rollout of driving behavior metrics that quantify safety and performance.
Leverage simulations and real-world data to build datasets for metric training and validation.
Design A/B experiments to compare software versions and quantify impact on safety and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align metric requirements and interpretations.
