The role
Oversee and maintain licenses, permits, and compliance documentation for all hotel properties.
Manage contract administration, vendor agreements, renewals, and compliance tracking to ensure operational integrity.
Handle chargebacks and reversals while implementing robust financial controls to mitigate risk.
Support payroll coordination with HR and property teams to ensure labor compliance and accurate reporting.
Develop and enforce procurement policies, negotiate with vendors, and ensure consistent purchasing across properties.
Implement cost control strategies, optimize inventory levels, and monitor reorder points to support profitability.
