The role
Lead and grow a high-performing SWE/ML team (starting ~10 engineers) focused on turning telematics data into actionable insights.
Translate ambiguous new product bets into a clear roadmap, strategy, and customer value.
Design and ship scalable systems for fleet-wide anomaly detection, real-time alerts, and incident workflows from detection to resolution.
Guide applied ML and AI, including LLMs where beneficial, and ensure practical, deployable models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Firmware, and Data Science to deliver cohesive experiences.
Drive engineering excellence, reliability, and customer focus while maintaining velocity in a fast-growing environment.
