The role
An Industrial Engineer will apply engineering principles to optimise workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support safe maintenance activities in a regulated aerospace environment. They will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to improve processes, support production planning, and conduct operational analysis. Responsibilities include process analysis, workflow improvement, capacity and schedule management, and data-driven decision support. The role involves developing standard work, conducting time studies, supporting process changes, and maintaining production schedules to facilitate operational goals. Candidates should have a technical degree and experience in process analysis, production support, or operational improvement, with familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to collaborate effectively within highly regulated aerospace and defence sectors.
