Charge Nurse

Based in Wrexham, you will lead and coordinate high-quality nursing care for adults with mental health needs in a ward setting. Oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth, safe service delivery. Monitor service users’ conditions, respond to changes, and provide guidance to the multidisciplinary team. Make critical decisions on staff assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation with a focus on patient safety. Supervise and support team members, fostering collaboration, professional development, and evidence-based practice. Maintain clinical governance and uphold NMC standards while contributing to service improvements.
