The role
Manage a designated book of personal lines clients, delivering proactive service and timely processing of renewals and enrollments.
Serve as the primary liaison among clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for coverage enhancement, remarket renewals, and new business within a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate renewal data, submit to carriers, review proposals, and present options with compliance and cost considerations.
Audit and onboard new business, respond to inquiries, and support commissions for eligible opportunities.
Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and vendors to ensure smooth plan administration and timely communications.
