The role
Own and manage a portfolio of existing and new client accounts within a defined territory, driving sales growth.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while collaborating with the Inside Sales Manager to drive client engagement.
Deliver bilingual training sessions for clients and their staff, and conduct virtual presentations to showcase solutions.
Communicate fluently in English and Spanish; maintain a strong phone presence and effective written communications.
Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to log interactions, track activity, and nurture client relationships; resolve issues promptly.
Stay informed on industry trends and competition, applying relationship management techniques to build loyalty and repeat business.
