The role
A graduate water and environment engineer will support projects related to flood management, river restoration, and ecosystem enhancement across the UK and abroad, working within a multidisciplinary team including hydrologists, ecologists, and engineers. The role involves analysing hydrological data, developing innovative solutions, and contributing to environmental assessments such as flood risk and water framework directives. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering, Geography or Environmental Sciences, with postgraduate qualifications welcomed. Technical skills in GIS, hydraulic modelling, coding, and research are desirable, alongside a passion for climate action and ecological design. The position offers opportunities to work on nature-based solutions, urban green spaces, and resilience projects. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, with a start date in September 2026.
