The role
Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, governance, and best practices.
Edit technical content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.
Manage centralized knowledge repositories to streamline access and promote knowledge sharing.
Design and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and learning materials to build IT capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and craft tailored learning solutions.
Produce training materials (presentations, guides, and e-learning) that enable clear communication and informed decision-making.
