The role
Support growth in healthcare software by negotiating multi-million dollar licensing and service agreements with global healthcare organizations.
Own challenging projects, including vendor relationships, collaborations with industry partners, and management of regulatory risk across US and international frameworks.
Lead litigation management, compliance programs, and core corporate matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on intellectual property, privacy, employment, and vendor-related compliance.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and fully reimbursed; position is based on our campus.
Strong academics, meticulous drafting, analytical reasoning, and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-evolving healthcare technology landscape.
