Professional Staffing Specialist:
Leads and implements fair, equitable, and quality staffing processes for Health PEI, developing screening criteria, position analyses, and interview questions.
Requires a university degree in Human Resource Management, considerable experience in HR functions, and knowledge of provincial government departments and agencies.
