The role

Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice across planning, highways, and environmental law to support safe and efficient infrastructure decisions.
Advise on development consent orders, transport and works act orders, local development orders, compulsory purchase, permitted development, and planning inquiries and appeals.
Act as the technical expert for spatial planning and town and country planning, ensuring compliance with policy and UK public law.
Manage your own caseload, meet deadlines under pressure, and influence stakeholders at varying levels.
Identify reputational and legal risks, pull together conflicting priorities, and provide concise guidance to Senior Lawyers.
This is a hybrid role (40% office-based) based from any UK office with travel to meetings as required.
