The role
Provide end-user IT support across desktop and network operating systems, ensuring timely issue resolution and high user satisfaction.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and guide users through effective solutions via remote or on-site assistance.
Manage and prioritize a ticket queue using ServiceNow, meeting SLAs and escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes, document steps, and improve support processes.
Requires at least 2 years of client support experience; a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, clear communication, and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
