The role
Line 1: Lead and mentor a high-performing data science team to deliver scalable, business-impacting insights.
Line 2: Build and apply causal inference models to uncover drivers of performance and inform strategic decisions.
Line 3: Develop models to optimize assortment, customer value, and experience across an omnichannel environment.
Line 4: Design and implement data-driven systems and pipelines integrated into core business workflows.
Line 5: Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
Line 6: Leverage Python, R, SQL, and GenAI to advance predictive modeling and innovative decision-making.
