Optimize search quality to deliver the best search experience for users.
Leverage ML, NLP, and Multimodal techniques to improve ranking, query understanding, and video understanding.
Integrate information retrieval concepts with modern ML to build a full-stack search engine.
Collaborate with product teams to align ML objectives with product goals and performance metrics.
Requirements include a bachelor degree in computer science or related field, with relevant experience in search or recommendation; proficiency in C++, Python, or Java.
Demonstrate strong soft skills: effective communication and teamwork, plus curiosity and problem-solving.
