The role

Support ongoing growth by negotiating multi-million-dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide. Lead projects spanning vendor relationships, industry collaborations, and regulatory risk management in the US and abroad. Manage and oversee litigation when applicable. Develop and implement compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks across domestic and international markets. Collaborate across teams to address intellectual property, privacy, general corporate, employment, and vendor-related matters. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and fully reimbursed; COVID-19 vaccination is required.
