The role

Model factory operations by generating process flows, value stream maps, pareto charts, spaghetti diagrams, and CAD drawings to visualize production processes and material flows. Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints to guide capacity improvements. Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and meet or exceed cost, quality, and on-time delivery goals. Influence roadmaps and investment strategies by drafting infrastructure improvement proposals and planning integration of new products, technologies, and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address obsolescence, improve factory performance, promote growth, and enhance safety and ergonomics. Typically require a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Systems/Manufacturing Engineering (or related) with 2+ years of experience and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI) and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and capacity planning.
