The role
A powder coating factory operative supports the manufacturing process by powder coating components such as gates and industrial shutters, ensuring quality and efficiency. The role involves operating machinery and supporting the factory team in maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and environmental procedures. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Skills in using computers, understanding quality procedures, and problem solving are important. Full training is provided, with opportunities for multi-skilling and career development within the organisation. The role is full-time, based on-site, working day shifts from Monday to Friday in the United Kingdom.
