The role
Drive growth remotely by handling inbound inquiries and proactively engaging warm leads.
Conduct virtual consultations with gym owners, fitness directors, and facility managers via phone, video, and email.
Identify client needs, present tailored equipment solutions, and guide buyers through the decision and purchasing process.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, with consistent follow-up to nurture relationships and close deals.
Collaborate with fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and meet monthly sales targets.
Bring 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication, results-driven motivation, and a passion for fitness.
