The role
Architect and deliver AI-powered features integrated into the product, leveraging LLMs and modern AI platforms.
Define and drive the AI strategy across the product, prioritizing customer workflows and measurable outcomes.
Lead evaluation, testing, and production readiness of AI components, including observability and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to identify high-impact AI opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
Design internal tooling, data foundations, and orchestration strategies to balance cost and performance.
Mentor teams as an AI subject-matter expert and champion best practices for building trustworthy AI experiences.
