The role
Lead the technical strategy and architecture for Growth Engineering, defining a unified ML roadmap and scalable systems.
Drive large-scale ML deployments, deep learning, and generative AI initiatives to improve user growth and engagement.
Partner with product teams to identify needs and translate them into high-impact ML solutions.
Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and build a healthy, collaborative ML culture.
Represent Growth to leadership and align cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Ensure responsible, quality-focused discovery surfaces and measurable impact on user visitation.
