The role
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive compliance programs aligned with state and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions with measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and timely updates as laws evolve.
Provide guidance and training to staff to promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
