The role
Relocation to Tamuning, Guam is required; provide strategic leadership for civil engineering on large transportation projects.
Review permits, design plans, specifications, and construction inspections to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards.
Lead multi-disciplinary, complex civil projects, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Drive business development and project pipeline for infrastructure work within the assigned geography, prioritizing client value and growth.
Represent the discipline in contract negotiations, proposals, and high-stakes meetings with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
Mentor staff, stay current with civil engineering practices, and uphold safety, QA/QC, and ethical standards across projects.
