The role
Collaborate with attorneys, developers, and firm leadership to identify, pilot, and implement generative AI and technology-driven solutions that improve legal workflows and client outcomes. Lead the full lifecycle from pilot and vendor coordination through licensing, deployment, and firmwide adoption. Partner with external developers to design and refine AI-enabled legal tech, guiding projects from concept through deployment and adoption. Curate legal content and workflows for AI training and optimization and deliver targeted training to attorneys and staff. Model and promote responsible AI practices with data governance, confidentiality, QA standards, and policy alignment; report risks and ROI to leadership. Drive adoption and thought leadership through internal roadshows, training sessions, conferences, and external content, while tracking metrics and ROI.
