The role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks to support analytics, experimentation, and decision-making.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness by establishing standards, validation processes, and comprehensive monitoring.
Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering technical craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions, optimizing ETL/ELT, performance, and long-term sustainability.
Oversee complex data projects across geographies, balancing priorities while upholding security and regulatory requirements.
