The role
Remote Outbound Sales Agent role focused on turning conversations into sales from home.
Make outbound calls, build rapport, qualify needs, and upsell products to customers.
Support renewals and win backs while managing lapsed accounts and contract end dates.
Shifts run Monday to Friday: 9:30am-7:00pm Mon-Thu and 9:00am-5:30pm Friday; 37.5 hours.
Full training provided and equipment supplied to work remotely.
Opportunity for progression with internal promotions and monthly incentives.
