The role
The role involves providing legal support for lending and financing activities, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of bridge lending transactions. The incumbent will advise on transaction structuring, legal risks, and develop lending documentation while coordinating with internal teams to facilitate delivery. Responsibilities also include offering practical legal advice, managing legal risks, and building stakeholder relations. Candidates should possess experience in banking and finance, with skills in drafting, negotiating, and managing transactions independently. A qualified solicitor with experience in secured lending or related transactions is required.
