FPSG are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of an AI-driven application, overseeing its design, development, and deployment. The role requires a strong foundation in backend, database, and frontend development, along with leadership skills to guide a small team of developers. The candidate will work on scalable and secure web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and scalability. Responsibilities also include integrating AI/ML models, managing media tasks with FFmpeg, and coordinating with stakeholders across different regions. The position involves international travel, working in person with colleagues in the US and Middle East, and requires the right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship. Effective communication skills are essential as all interviews are conducted in English.
