The role
As a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect - ML Engineering, you will be the trusted ML technical expert for customers and Field Engineering.
Architect production-grade ML workloads with end-to-end pipelines, training/inference optimization, cloud-native integrations, and robust MLOps on our unified platform.
Provide advanced technical support during pre- and post-sales engagements, covering feature engineering, training, tracking, serving, monitoring, and model governance.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to capture customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and drive adoption of ML offerings.
Scale customer data science workloads and apply best-practice MLOps to productionize across multiple domains.
Serve as the trusted GenAI advisor for RAG architectures, natural language querying of structured data, content generation, and ongoing monitoring; willingness to travel up to 30%.
