The role
On-site Construction Estimator focusing on high-level infrastructure projects in Hayward, CA.
Act as a client liaison and manage submittals, work plans, reporting, and project P&Ls, including payroll certifications.
Coordinate with engineering and field crews to review production schedules, confirm materials, and ensure safe, efficient adherence to the work plan.
Develop estimates through drawings, specifications, site visits, and subcontractor reviews; lead scope development discussions.
Schedule and monitor construction activities, control budgets, track variances, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes; leverage MS Office, Procore, ESub, Bluebeam, and related software with 5+ years of field experience.
