The role
Provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions and support clients through complex corporate transactions.
Develop and implement financial strategies, analyze corporate data and market trends to identify opportunities.
Create business plans, perform valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence to inform investment decisions.
Apply quantitative analysis to assess risk and leverage knowledge of capital markets to guide international and domestic transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
